* Individuals will be required to upload a government-issued ID during the registration process.
** Students must be full-time to qualify for the student rate and a valid ID must be provided upon registering. The student rate does not include access to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Party. Tickets may be purchased separately for that event.
*** Individuals must be registered for the conference in order to attend a workshop.
Registration Fees Include:
Access to all Plenary and Breakout Sessions;
All conference materials (including speaker presentations from the Plenary and Breakout sessions);
All catering activities including the Welcome Reception, Continental Breakfasts (2), Lunches (2), Morning and Afternoon Breaks and the NASCAR Party on Wednesday night.
Registration Policies:
In order to qualify for discounted registration fees, your payment must be received at Registration Headquarters on or before the deadline dates listed.
Full refunds, less a $100 processing fee per attendee, will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to May 27, 2022. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions from the same company may be made at any time.
